What I do

① E-commerce & Retail Business Design
Experience diverse commerce environments, including domestic online malls, open markets, and global markets (including reverse direct purchases).
Understanding the entire value chain from product sourcing → product registration → pricing/promotion management → advertising execution → ordering/delivery → customer service → settlement/analysis.
Design capabilities to connect backend systems such as OMS/WMS/DMS with practical processes
Structurally understand the invisible barriers to payment, membership registration, customs clearance, and logistics in the reverse direct purchase (overseas direct sales) environment.
Experience in redesigning service flow considering customer experience in target countries
This is especially helpful for companies like this:
Brands/sellers who want to start selling overseas or develop new direct purchase channels
The shopping mall is already in operation, but the organization's system is being maintained through manual work, Excel, and KakaoTalk.
CEOs/marketers who want to know, "Why is there no profit left even though we are spending money on advertising?"
② Digital Transformation (DX) & AI Transformation Consulting
DX is not simply about installing one more system,
Aiming for a digital transformation that "changes both the structure of making money and the way we work."
Diagnosis of current processes (As-Is) based on field interviews and business analysis
Improved workflow (To-Be) design, along with a roadmap for supporting tools and systems.
In the AI transition area
Design AI usage scenarios that directly connect to actual businesses, such as report automation, product information/image management, customer response, chatbots, knowledge base construction, and sales/inventory forecasting.
Approach
Start small and test quickly
Instead of a huge ERP project, start with a **small POC (Proof of Concept)**
Organizations prefer to scale after they have “got a taste of digital.”
If people don't change, the system won't take hold.
Through training, workshops, manuals and coaching
We even consider an environment where the field can utilize tools on its own and come up with improvement ideas.
③ Digital WorkTool Advisor (Work Tool/Workflow Design)
One of my greatest strengths is that I am a "Tool Designer" rather than a "Tool Encyclopedia ".
Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, ClickUp, Airtable, Supabase, and various no-code/low-code tools and AI coding tools.
I have a lot of experience actually using it, comparing it, and applying it to projects.
Without forcing a specific tool, it is recommended to consider the size, budget, and IT understanding of the organization.
I suggest "the most realistic tool combination for this team right now."
④ AI & Micro SaaS Planning and Vibe Coding
Recently, I've been working on several experimental projects using "Vibe Coding," a method that utilizes no-code/low-code tools and AI coding tools.
An automated advertising and sales analysis web app for marketing agencies.
Product image/content creation tool for e-commerce sellers
A prototype service that transforms real estate information search into an AI-driven conversational experience.
Planning a fandom commerce service that combines K-pop fandom and IP goods.
In this process, rather than becoming a perfect developer,
"We have been playing a role in quickly implementing ideas into a visible form and verifying their business potential . "
⑤ Mentoring for Startups & Senior Freelancers
I don't want to remain just a "consultant."
I want to be a partner who thinks together, sits at the table with you, and helps you determine realistic next steps.
For startups/small organizations
Business Model Review
Diversification of revenue structure
Digital and AI Utilization Strategy
Feedback on commerce/marketing in general
For senior freelancers/sole business owners
Designing a structure based on base income (stability), variable income (scalability), and asset income (accumulation)
Setting the direction for digital assets/micro SaaS/online services that leverage your expertise
Propose a concrete and actionable action plan
